1. Adult Content and Eligibility
Erotic Horror Vault is an adult entertainment website intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or older and for persons who have reached the legal age required to access adult material in their jurisdiction.
By accessing or using the website, you confirm that you meet these age requirements and that access to adult material is lawful where you are located.
2. Nature of the Service
Erotic Horror Vault provides fictional, AI-generated adult erotic-horror entertainment. The website includes a Free Archive containing publicly released material and a Premium Vault containing exclusive material not published publicly.
All depicted human characters are intended to be adults aged 18 or older.
3. Accounts and Premium Access
Users may create an account in order to access Premium features. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for activity carried out through their account.
Premium access is currently priced at USD 19 for 30 days.
- Credit card: once card processing is activated, credit-card Premium memberships may renew automatically every 30 days until cancelled.
- Cryptocurrency and direct bank transfer: these are one-time payments and provide 30 days of Premium access without automatic renewal.
No trial subscription is currently offered.
4. Payment and Billing
Customers must provide accurate payment information and must not use payment methods without authorization.
Where credit-card payments are available, card information is processed by the approved payment provider or acquiring partner and is not intended to be stored directly by Erotic Horror Vault.
For bank transfer and cryptocurrency payments, Premium access is activated after the payment has been successfully matched and verified.
5. Cancellation and Expiration
Recurring credit-card Premium memberships may be cancelled to prevent future renewals. Cancellation normally does not remove Premium access already paid for during the current 30-day period.
Cryptocurrency and bank-transfer purchases expire after the purchased 30-day Premium period. A new period may be purchased manually at any time.
6. User-Generated Content and AI Tools
Erotic Horror Vault is not a user-generated-content platform. Users cannot upload images, videos or other media, create or publish their own characters, upload photographs of real persons, submit prompts for content generation, or create AI twins, deepfakes or replicas of real persons through the website.
All content available on the website is created, selected, reviewed and published by the merchant.
7. Prohibited Use
Users may not use the website or its services for unlawful purposes, unauthorized access, fraud, abuse of payment systems, infringement of third-party rights, or attempts to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
8. Prohibition of Human Trafficking, Sex Trafficking and Abuse
Erotic Horror Vault strictly prohibits the use of the website or its services to promote, facilitate, support or participate in human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, abuse or other related illegal activity.
The website may not be used to advertise, arrange, solicit, facilitate or enable real-world sexual services, exploitation, coercion, trafficking or abuse involving any person.
Erotic Horror Vault does not permit user-generated content, user uploads, performer recruitment, escort services, or communication between users for the purpose of arranging sexual services.
Any credible indication of actual human trafficking, sex trafficking, exploitation or abuse may result in immediate restriction or removal of relevant content or access and, where appropriate or legally required, notification of or cooperation with competent law-enforcement authorities.
9. Complaints and Disputes
Complaints regarding billing, account access, Premium access, website content or other issues may be submitted by email to magic-web@swissonline.ch.

10. Content Review and Removal
Erotic Horror Vault may review, restrict or remove content where necessary to comply with applicable law, website policies, or binding requirements communicated by payment providers or acquiring partners.
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when necessary to reflect changes in the website, payment methods, applicable requirements or business operations. The effective date shown above indicates the current version.
